Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. 

Shipping Costs & Times

• Free shipping for orders over C$100 (before taxes).
• Orders under C$100: shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days depending on your location.
• Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery Area

We only ship within Canada. Unfortunately, delivery to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside Canada is not available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days at 📧 [info@orising.ca]. We may require photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and health regulations under the Food and Drugs Act, cosmetics are not eligible for return or exchange if opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:
• You received the wrong product.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To request a return, email 📧 [info@orising.ca] within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet shipped.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs. This policy does not limit your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.
