Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ORising Canada. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return Period

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with an intact seal/safety sticker.

We do not accept returns of opened or used products, in accordance with Canadian health and safety regulations.

Exception: if the item arrived damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at info@orising.ca with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and the Canadian warehouse address for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Processing time: 5–10 business days after confirmation of return.
